01/2006 - NASA Site NASA required a large flow water filtration skid at a ground water remediation site to protect an air stripping tower. This project was designed and shipped in 5 weeks. 11/2005 - BP British Petroleum required a custom stainless steel compressor seal oil filtration system to keep the lubricating oil in their expensive compressors clean and free of gases. Having a system that was portable was important on this project. 08/2005 - Exxon Exxon required a customized Flushing Skid to flush and then filter the lubrication oil of their on site gas turbine engines. Plagued by engine failures Engineered Filtration designed this customized skid complete with a pre filter, heater assembly, after filter and particle counter. 06/2005 - Exxon Terminal - Russia Exxon required 20" & 30" custom fabricated low temperature carbon steel TEE strainers for their loading platform in Russia. Drawings and documentation was required in English and Russian. 04/2005 Power Plant in Baghdad Iraq A Gas turbine power plant project in Iraq required a quick delivery of liquid fuel and DI water filters, delivery was important for this project. Engineered Filtration designed and shipped this project complete in 3 weeks. 09/2002 - Auto parts Remanufacturing A major auto parts remanufacturing facility uses transmission fluid to test power steering racks. The cost of disposing and purchasing new fluids was becoming cost prohibitive. Engineered Filtration designed and supplied a customized system to reclaim and purify used fluids virtually eliminating the need for disposal. 05/2002 - Northstar Ski Area Northstar ski area required a high pressure strainer to remove solids from snowmaking water.
